As the head of a multi-cultural and distributed team of developers and experts all around the world I am an expert in a broad variety of areas, applying them to make MedITEX the best EMR in IVF sector.

In my position as Head Of Development @CRITEX my main tasks are

• Being responsible for the members of the developer team
• Managing the companies roadmap and recurrent planning of features to be released to the customers
• Making estimations & technical concepts together with the team, partners, customers and third parties
• Designing APIs and data flows to interact with apps, third parties, legacy and modern applications
• Onboarding, supervising and specializing of new team members and students

Beyond those tasks I am pushing progressive approaches like

• Merging the universes of the legacy EMR (apps and platform) with a next generation of an EMR ecosystem by taking advantage of years of experience in IVF and development
• Automation of license checks, updates and provisioning
• Continuous integration
